Mr. Folger serves as Principal of Newcastle Investments and has over 30 years’ experience in the real estate development and investment industry. His accomplishments include direct and joint venture developments of over $2.5 billion in real estate. This includes over $700 million in development projects, $800 million in property acquisition/disposition along with managing the investment strategy for over $1 billion real estate investments. Prior to becoming a partner with Newcastle, Mr. Folger had a successful 20-year career serving as a Senior Investment Manager for MetLife’s Real Estate Investment Department.
