Mr. Meshechok is the founder and President of York RE Capital Partners. An entity formed in the 2017 to acquire and develop self storage assets across the US. The Company has closed on approximately $50MM in assets across five transactions in the first two months of 2018.
Mr. Meshechok previously Co-Founded one of the country’s leading investment banking boutiques, CSG Partners, in 2001. While at CSG he completed over $10Bn in investment banking transactions. In 2011 he founded its real estate affiliate, CSG RE Partners, LLC and managed that entity, and its various affiliated real estate entities. While at CSG RE he deployed over $100MM in equity, completing approx. $400MM in real estate transaction. These included 75 self storage assets as well as select multi family and mixed use properties.
Prior to joining CSG, Mr. Meshechok was a Principal of Synergy Capital LLC, a New York-based merchant banking firm, which CSG merged with in 2001. While at Synergy, Alex played a leading role in numerous equity and debt financings and recapitalizations for emerging growth and established companies.
He started his career in strategy consulting with globally leading firm Oliver Wyman. Mr. Meshechok has a BSc in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School. He holds Series 24, 7 and 63 securities licenses.
